While I have already responded to the TELUS’ customer service survey that was sent after the visit and provided them with high marks for your excellent service, a personal review was warranted as well.
A few months ago Hannah kindly helped fix a problem when I originally stopped by to get assistance with my phone. That experience and also finding out how the Go Mobile shop has customer service front and center had me return when I needed a phone.
Not all the Ottawa TELUS stores have the same level of customer care and I definitely appreciated all the fine service that they provide. Kudos!

We just got two lovely RED iPhone XR’s on Cyber Monday from Hannah at this TELUS location. All the staff there are great and very cheery and helpful. Hannah, in particular, though dealing with a deluge of new phones arriving in response to Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, went above and beyond in ensuring that our phones got turned around in one day. She and her colleague, Jeremy, stayed very late into the evening to ensure that not only our phones, but everyone else’s, were logged and the Cyber deals applied so none of their clients missed out. Awesome work ethic, very knowledgeable, we can’t recommend these folks highly enough!!
