Go Mobile Communications Inc. is an independent Authorized TELUS® Dealer owned and operated by Kristin Headrick. Her experience in the wireless Industry stems as far back as 1990, which was started in the two-way radio industry.
With her experience of over thirty years, it gives her and her staff the confidence needed to provide companies with incomparable customer service and the customer satisfaction they deserve.

Meet The Core Team
Kristin Headrick
Dealer Principal/CEO
Kristin took the Business Marketing course at Algonquin College and then began her career in the wireless industry in 1990.
​
She worked for a Motorola Dealer for 15 years selling 2-way radios to her loyal construction and landscaping client base.
​
She started Go Mobile in 2005. Her first store was located in Westboro and then moved to Gibford Drive in 2015. Her dedication, selflessness, willingness to lend a helping hand and enthusiasm are just a few reasons why Go Mobile's clients have her on speed dial.

Kristin enjoys golfing, mountain biking, downhill skiing and spending time with her husband Terry and their 2 kids.
Terry Headrick
GPS Installation Manager
Terry joined the Go Mobile team in 2007 when Kristin realized the need for a professional installer to mount GPS tracking devices in clients’ fleets of trucks.

He became Fleet Complete certified shortly after he joined and has performed thousands of installations in every type of construction vehicle there is.
​
Terry does clean, professional work and prides himself in providing the best in class service and support.
Terry enjoys biking, skiing, working on cars and doing home renovations.
Tanveer Nasir
Senior Project Manager
Tanveer Nasir is an IT & Telecommunications Professional with a cross-functional domain knowledge developed over 15+ years of experience with large global enterprises.

After doing his Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Electronics and Telecommunications, he was associated with some of the large conglomerates including Crompton Greaves, Serco, British Telecom and Essar.
​
Tanveer looks after Telus Business Connect deployment, training, maintenance, and project management.
​
He possesses strong concepts around Hosted Telephony, Project Management Methodologies, Contact Centre, Unified Communication, Software development, Networking and Mobile Device Management Solutions.
Matthew Trask
Sales/Account Manager
With over 10 years' experience in the wireless industry, Matthew was the perfect fit when he joined the Go Mobile team in 2019.
Studying marketing at Algonquin College provided Matthew with many sales and interpersonal skills that he brings to work each day.
As an Account Manager, he collaborates with our clients, providing mentorship and a constant source of support. He specializes in business mobility, fleet tracking and Business Connect.
Matthew is the proud dog dad of two pups and is passionate about roasting coffee, smoking meats and cooking in general.
Hannah Kraitberg
Director of Marketing
After going to New York City to study Marketing, Hannah moved back home to Ottawa in 2018 and has been part of the Go Mobile family ever since. During undergrad, she worked at some of Manhattan’s top Broadway advertising agencies and theatre companies in copywriting, marketing, and customer service roles.
For almost four years, Hannah was our Client Support, or “girl at the front desk” to those that constantly forgot her name. She always greeted our clients with enthusiasm and a smile. She recently got married and now lives in New York with her husband, Jake. Despite all that, we still couldn’t get rid of her, so she made the leap to become our (remote!) director of marketing.
In her spare time, she enjoys keeping in touch with her twin sister and their dog Pippin, listening to Broadway cast recordings, watching tv, cooking and baking with Jake, and working on her master’s in Digital Marketing.
Tyler Reid
Sales/Client Support
Tyler was born in Ottawa, and has always loved to interact with others and try to have a positive impact on their day.
After graduating from Carleton University, he knew which path he wanted to take in life – Sales and Customer Service. He was thrilled when he heard he got the job at Go Mobile. He could sense the family-like atmosphere, and really thought he would be a great asset to the company.
When Tyler’s not working, he likes to play sports and spend time with his family.
