Charron from the company Go Mobile Comminications Inc. to help us
in the purchase and installation of a new communications system for
our department.
Mr. Charron has helped us evaluate our needs, suggest the type of
equipment needed, helped us in the setting up of our new system and
showed our employees how to use the new mobile telephones.

First Ottawa Realty. His outstanding customer service skills and
his ability to match the right cell service and product to our
needs are just two of the reasons why we continue to use Pete
Charron.
We were approached by a Telus Sales Representative who brought
forth a great product but when we tried to get a hold of the sales
representative from Telus he would never return phone calls or
emails. He assentially lost business because of his poor client
relation skills.

Hi Pete:
I have been wanting to send you a quick note for sometime and have
finally sat down to thank you for all of the time and expertise you
and Go Mobile have provided me with over the last few years. As you
are more than aware when we first met in 2005 technology was not my
forte and the mere idea of moving to a blackberry to manage and
increase my business was somewhat overwhelming but with your
assistance, expertise and outstanding customer service it has been
an easy transition. The use of a blackberry has allowed me to
provide a higher level of customer service for my own clients and
in my business that's one of the things that sets me apart. I also
moved my other cell phone accounts to your company and have
appreciated your recommendations on what works best for my family
and my business. I now cannot imagine managing my business without
a blackberry.
Most of my colleagues have moved their business to Go Mobile and we
have all been impressed with the high level of professionalism and
customer service you have delivered. There have been many times
that other companies would have left us struggling with tech
support or an endless series of voice messages but you have always
taken the time to come out to our office and work on the problem
